Rocky Mountain Community Reinvestment Corporation is a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation created by Utah banks to extend credit to sponsors of affordable housing. Initially established to serve the State of Utah, lack of consistently affordable and available affordable housing and community development financing in adjacent states has resulted in an extension of activity to Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada and Arizona.
Rocky Mountain CRC financing must result in Community Reinvestment Act qualified loans/investments. Rocky Mountain CRC has provided and committed through 2014, over $200 million in permanent debt financing for over 7,000 affordable housing units in Utah and several surrounding states.
